I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy Fourth of July. While most of you are enjoying this lovely Friday off from work, please take a moment to remember that our Freedom, our Independence Day, is not free.
Men and Women, for centuries, have fought to make this the greatest nation in the world, and to ensure that our liberties are respected and our freedom is in tact. But it hasn't been an easy ride, and it continues to be a struggle. We send young soldiers to war who may never step foot on our soil again.
So as you are enjoying your barbeques and shooting off fireworks today, take a moment to send your thoughts and prayers to those soldiers and their proud families for sacrificing so much to give you freedom.
